Ramitha Ramesh

I am Ramitha Ramesh (she/her), a practicing counseling psychologist with a specialization in Clinical Psychology. My goal as a therapist is to support the individual in their healing journey by identifying their unique struggles and strengths and to empower them in becoming the best version of themselves.

Why alai wellness?

"Alai" means "waves", representing the ups and downs that individuals experience in their mental health journeys. Alai, for me, represents resilience and transformation, helping individuals navigate through life's challenges and to explore and adapt to their evolving thoughts and beliefs. Waves symbolize liberation and the spreading of energy - and that’s what I choose to do, to do my bit in creating ripples of hope in building a mentally healed society around us.

An individual therapy session is a one-on-one meeting between a client and a therapist in a non-judgmental and safe setting.

A couples therapy session involves a joint meeting between the couple and a therapist to address any relationship issues in an objective manner.
